Fidelity Bank Notifies of Half Year Financial Statement Audit

CEM REPORT | Fidelity Bank has notified the Nigerian Exchange Regulation Limited, it Shareholders and the general public of the audit of its half-year financial statement ended June 30.

In a press statement sent to NGX RegCo Wednesday, Fidelity Bank said the audited financial statement will be sent to the central Bank of Nigeria for approval and then published in compliance with the regulations of the Nigerian Exchange.

The Bank has set August 29 for the publishing of the Audited Financial Statement.

The bank therefore informed stakeholders of closure of the trading window for dealing in its shares from July 1, 2022 until 24 hours after the release of the Audited Financial Statement for half year ended June 30
