Equities of Secure Electronic Technology Plc (NSLTECH ) came top in volume at the floor of the Nigerian Exchange in the week ended. Boosted by the 599,536,483 traded on Friday, the shares volume traded in the week capped at a total of 634.5 million

According to the NGX weekly report released on Friday, combined traded volume of Secure Electronic Technology Plc, FBN Holdings Plc and Japaul Gold and Ventures Plc, accounted for 998.467 million shares worth N6.604 billion in 4,426 deals, contributing 30.77% and 9.54% to the total equity turnover volume and value respectively.

Secure Electronic Technology is currently the 11th most traded stock on the Nigerian Stock Exchange over the past three months (Nov 1, 2024 – Jan 31, 2025). The stock has traded a total volume of 988 million shares—in 4,171 deals—valued at NGN 692 million over the period, with an average of 15.7 million traded shares per session. A volume high of 600 million was achieved on January 31st, for the same period.

NSLTECH closed its last trading day (Friday, January 31, 2025) at 0.70 NGN per share, recording a 1.4% gain over its previous closing price of 0.69 NGN. Secure Electronic Technology began the year with a share price of 0.63 NGN and has since gained 11.1% on that price valuation, ranking it 42nd on the NGX in terms of year-to-date performance.
