CEM REPORT | The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria held its 15th Annual Banking and Finance Conference from September 13 to 14, 2022 at the Congress Hall of the Transcorp Hilton Hotel Abuja.
Farouk Gumel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Union Bank delivered the Keynote speech on the theme of the conference; “Repositioning the Financial Services Industry for an Evolving Glocal Context” where he charged Nigerian Banks to focus more on local capacity of our market in the development of our economy rather than looking across the border when developing strategies and innovation for the banking sector.
