The Federal Government has allocated N4 billion for the construction of a new presidential helipad and jetty in Lagos within the proposed N49.74 trillion 2025 budget, a move that has drawn attention to the government’s infrastructure spending priorities.

Road Rehabilitation:
Ogunusi Road Rehabilitation will receive an allocation of N4 billion for the rehabilitation of Ogunusi Road to Oba Ogunji Road by Odo-Eran Junction in Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos, spanning a total length of 15 kilometers.
N2 billion earmarked for counterpart funding for Lekki in Lagos-7th Axial Road.
Ebute-Ero to Outer Marina Shoreline Rehabilitation will receive a N4 billion allocated for it rehabilitation.
Bridge Maintenance and Repairs:
N8 billion has been allocated for emergency repairs of the Third Mainland Bridge.
N6 billion will go for in-depth studies and repairs of piles on the Third Mainland Bridge, Carter Bridge, and other bridges nationwide.
Iddo Bridge Repairs will receive N1 billion allocated for emergency repairs of the substructure and underwater elements.

Owode Ibesha Road Repairs: N100 million allocated for special repairs of Owode Ibesha Road with a spur to Rabaka Drive in Ikorodu.
Prince Sola Arodoye Street Repairs: N100 million allocated for emergency repairs of Prince Sola Arodoye Street, Amuwa Lane, and Amosu Street in Ifako-Ijaiye LGA.
Selewu Road Repairs: N100 million allocated for special repairs of 1.2 km Selewu Road, Ikorodu.
Independence Bridge Repairs: N2 billion allocated for urgent repair works on Independence Bridge Phase 2, carried out through direct procurement.
