Shell Offers IT to Students in Nigeria

CEM REPORT | Shell Companies in Nigeria has open applications for students in Nigeria to be part of its Industrial Training Programme.

The Programme promises to provide students in higher institutions in the country offering specific listed courses, with relevant work related experience from different office locations of the company, while working with experienced professionals.

The courses which includes Engineering, Geoscience, Finance, Information Technology, Sciences (Pure science, Environmental and Social), Arts and Commercial is available to Nigerian-citizens undergraduate, who are currently admitted into full‐time programme in a university or Polytechnic.

Such student must also have respective school authorisation and approval for Industrial Training.

Interested eligible student should apply via email  to africarecruitment@shell.com with subject as 2022 Shell Nigeria SIWES Application (Course of study).

The email which must be sent from a personal account which will also be used  for consistent communication, must bear the following content:

  • Student’s name
  • Name of University/ institution of higher learning
  • Matriculation Number/ student ID number
  • Course of study
  • Required duration/period for internship
  • Contact details (address, email, and phone)
  • Scanned copy of official form/ letter from higher institution
  • Current Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) or Grade Point Average (GPA).

This Shell Companies Industrial Training Programme is designed for students to; Put theories and concepts into practice; Gain additional skills such as communication, ethics, HSSE, teamwork and leadership, while building work related skills and valuable networks and contacts for professional development, offers limited slots.
