CEM REPORT | First Bank Nigeria Plc (FBN) has bagged the Best Bank in Nigeria 2022 and Best Banking Digital Transformation Nigeria.
The International Investors Awards 2022, awarded the premier banking institution, for its leadership role in promoting financial inclusion, which has been integral to improving lives and stimulating businesses of individuals across Nigeria earning it the Best Bank in Nigeria 2022.
Similarly, First Bank was awarded Best Banking Digital Transformation Nigeria in recognition of its continuous efforts at improving its digital banking channels centered at reinforcing its leading role in promoting a cashless society whilst putting customers at an advantage in enjoying a secured and seamless digital banking experiences through various channels, such as; its recently unveiled fully automated branch (FirstBank Digital Experience Centre), *894# USSD banking, FirstMobile, First online, and WhatsApp banking amongst others,.
